Our teaching approach

At KnoWorld, we believe that every student learns differently. Our teachers are more than instructors—they are mentors, guides, and encouragers who walk alongside each student throughout their artistic journey.

We focus on building confidence, creativity, and genuine growth at each student's own pace. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all method, our teachers adapt their lessons to each student's goals, interests, and learning style.

Mistakes are seen as part of the learning process, questions are always welcome, and progress is celebrated every step of the way.

Our mission is not simply to teach music and the arts, but to inspire students to discover their potential, express themselves confidently, and enjoy the journey of learning.

FAQ about Teachers and Classes

How are teachers vetted?

We check teaching experience, run reference checks when available, and review sample teaching materials. New teachers complete an onboarding process that covers lesson standards, child safety, and how we communicate with families.

What is class size?

Most classes run in small groups so every student gets direct feedback.

How do teachers report progress?

You receive clear updates on what your child practiced, what they completed, and what to do next. Progress can be shared through messages, brief check-ins, and work samples so you can track growth.

Can I observe a lesson as a parent?

Yes. For many classes, you can observe quietly for part of a session or review a recording when available. We ask observers to stay off-camera and avoid interrupting to keep students focused.

How do you ensure a safe online learning environment?

Since we host and manage all online meetings, we can control access to each session and prevent unauthorized participants from joining. This helps us maintain a safe, respectful, and secure learning environment for all students.
